The DH Extreme Float is a fresh take on the retrievable string float which dramatically improves reliability while lowering the pumping pressure during operations.  The DH Extreme Float was developed in response to repeated failures of X and R lock based products, and is designed to excel in operations with high rate commingled fluids.

Profile nipples are commonly used to place flow control tools in a work or completion string.  They allow the tools to be placed at surface and later retrieved by slickline or braided line, or the tools can be ran an landed in the profile nipple while the tubing is deployed in the well.  A full line of X, XN, R and RN landing nipples are available with variety of connections including HZT, PH-6 and EUE.

DH Extreme Floats

  • Retrievable for operation contingencies
  • Significantly larger ID
  • Lower pressure drop
  • Improved reliability
  • Drop ball compatible
  • Modular relief tool 30% lighter

The Certus HZT-ps3 connection has been developed to allow 2-7/8" production tubing to be ran in 4-1/2" casing while maintaining all external fishing contingencies available for 2-3/8" 8rd EUE tubing.  This affords 70% more flow area for production; however, traditional 4-1/2" completion hardware is not available with the enlarged ID.  The 4500 Series 1 Tubing Anchor has been designed to provide bi-directional anchoring of the production string in 4-1/2" casing while maintaining the full bore of the  2-7/8" production string, which allows a rod pump to be conveyed through the tubing anchor and deployed at precise location desired.
